Not saying I agree by any means but those who do now would probably be a good time to buy some Mesa stock as it still hasn’t recovered from that 32% drop.

lol And you’re sensitive. “You attacked me”
I just want to know where this hurt is coming from. Yes the stock is down, so is AA down 30% for the year while UAL and DAL are up. I guess a 30% drop means no one should go there either.

Mesa survived far worse as a private company. Now they have a bunch of dumb money from going public. Do you really think Mesa is going anywhere? Why would AA set themselves up for a Comair type scrnario? It is in their best interest to have a 3rd party involved to create an economy for labor costs. Mesa's stock dropping 32% in one day is still much more money ahead than where they were for most of their existence.

OK, after pouring through the amendments to the Code Share and Revenue Sharing Agreement with American, here's what it looks like:
-35 aircraft expire over a period spanning January 2021 through July 2022
-9 expire over a period spanning June - July 2021
-10 expire over a period spanning June - September 2022
-8 expire over a period spanning July - September 2025
Now that doesn't account for the 2 that AAL just pulled, but I don't know from which tranche those aircraft came. But I'm pretty certain the above is at least a very rough expiration schedule.
Here's hoping 2020 goes well for the American operation, so they can extend those 2021-2022 birds. I'm hoping the fact that AAL owns 10% of the stock makes them want to help Mesa out.
I live in West Texas now, so I'm really pulling for a DFW/PHX base (the American ops).
