PSA doesn't outsource their sim instructors to Flight Safety, as OP stated that the training was with an outside company. GoJets does. But you know-it-alls knew that already.

Now he washes out to Mesa #feelsbad

It was just yesterday that PSA was voting in concessions and undercutting then American Eagle just to get new shiny jets. Boy, does time fly.

Sounds like you’re taking things personal. However I agree that Psa doesn’t outsource.

PSA doesn't outsource? Or at least to my understanding, PSA hires off the street instructors, often old Comair guys that sometimes wouldn't teach company profiles?
Well, that was the rumor back during my time at Mesa. So don't shoot the messenger.

OUTSOURCE
obtain (goods or a service) from an outside or foreign supplier, especially in place of an internal source.

if he is an employee of PSA then it’s not outsourced.

By your definition MESA outsources.
No shooting of the messenger were just talking with differing views.

Pay is pretty low, I mean the bonus helps first year, but that second year is not very enticing :(. Yeah, I doubt I have many other options so I don't really have much room to complain, but I would love to hear if there is anything that may give a little optimism about the choice.

Thanks

Why is Mesa your only option??

GoJet it is... Figured no reason for the suspense any more

I didn't mean to imply that. There are others I have not looked at hard yet or even applied to, like Air Wis, ExpressJet, etc. I just don't think I have many options because I didn't complete training at another 121. I do feel relatively confident I could still get an offer at Mesa (and maybe some other places too, to be fair). Mesa has a base that isn't TOO far but not as close as some others that I have already received the "thanks but no thanks".
