In all seriousness a senior fo can get a pretty sweet schedule. Mesa schedule adjustments are way better than any of the WO. Our contract doesn’t lag in all QOL areas. Green grids for our FOs on the crj side lead to tremendous flexibility.

You haven't seen what I've been able to do with SAP at PSA...

Easy solution. Raise the age to 70 for regional domestic service. That pay with positive space to and from work would attract enough pilots who then couldn’t leave, to permanently solve the problem. Wouldn’t attract so many that it would block advancement of FO’s. Imaging the potential for mentorship. I have no dog in this as I turn 68 next month and have a very full life.

Was wondering if PHX is still only CRJ or if the Ejet will be coming there now that it’s all United.
Thanks.

how are they doing that without negotiating a CBA LOA? Once they’re on property the CBA governs compensation.

Probably do what they did at Envoy with the FO bonuses. Just pay them and let the Union leave that grievance hanging in the air.
