i just called about the court hearing, they are just waiting for the opinion to be issued, the lady i spoke with said they didn't know when it would be issued....the case number is 08-13733 from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals if this helps anyone to find it when it comes out

I tried to call the judge this morning but he was not available to talk. I was told he was playing golf with some guy name Jonathan Ornstein

I understand that game was canceled. Supposedly the judge got a last minute phone call that a GV was waiting for him at Peachtree-Dekalb and needed to leave soon to make a tee time in the Turks and Caicos. It was rumored that some recognized several high-level Delta execs at the aircraft, one of which had a silver briefcase like those seen on Miami Vice.

It seems the judge wasn't interested in a penny stock, worthless bonds or cyberporn, so he had no problem with the last minute cancellation at The Crook Club where J plays.............stay tuned for further details or confirmation.
