Mesa Air Group Chapter 11 Info
#1202
I'm guessing it would have already been posted by now, but wouldn't their POR become public domain once filed?
Disregard, found it. I was able to pick out a few key parts of interest to us, but not as exciting or breakthrough as we may have hoped, unless I'm missing something. I'll leave the expert summary and key points analysis to someone better versed at connecting the dots of the 70-page document.

The Plan:
MAG rejects/abandons 113 aircraft (47 CRJ 200, 36 ERJ145, 20 BE1900, 10 DHC-8)
MAG is to continue existing code share agreements with 77 aircraft (38 CRJ900, 20 CRJ700, 13 CRJ200, 6 DHC-8).
MAG management continues in present position.
US Airways gets $5.5 million in notes and 1 million new shares (10%) (estimated @ $2.4 - $21.8 million).
Tenth Amendment to US Airways Code-Share Agreement being finalized.
