The United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District New York has scheduled omnibus hearing dates spanning the summer:
June 10, 2010
July 7, 2010
August 12, 2010
These omnibus hearings are basically more combined pretrial hearings covering many different subjects related to the Chapter 11 case.

MAG has asked the court for relief from the automatic stay in order to get a declaratory judgment on the controversy between United and MAG (United Airlines Fights Mesa Air Group Over Airplanes, BNET)
This is where the Judge, after analyzing the controversy, simply issues an opinion declaring the rights of each of the parties involved.

MAG has filed it's Statement of Financial Affairs (40 pages) and Summary of Schedules (514 pages) with the court.
These financial reports are required so that all parties can see the assets/liabilities and the financial history of the company.
To sum it up, MAG claims $67,722,767.25 in assets and $457,835,017.21 in liabilities.

It would have to include them. Odds are good that these numbers are accurate too, even OJ would probably not have the stones to submit false financial info to a federal court, given that numerous interested parties will be scrutinizing it with a microscope.

Affirmative. The schedules are the detailed lists of real property, personal property, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, executory contracts and unexpired leases. Schedule G lists the aircraft with N-numbers and serial numbers. This is all the financial information the creditors will need to decide the fate of MAG. The financial picture will be clearer after the Delta and United litigations are concluded and MAG files their POR.
