So, commuting to reserve at Mesa as a captain: What's that like? Seems like a lot of perma-reserve captains do it. Will the late 2013 classes ever get a line?

Everyone will get a line eventually, if they wait long enough. The bottom CA upgrade from yesterday though will be on reserve for quite some time considering his low global number. But, He will be CA.

It's like commuting to RSV as an FO, except your make 3x the money.
Not sure what base you are in, but 2013 upgrades have lines in IAD.
2014 upgrades are holding PHX. Movement is slow, but steady.

Rumor mill time: got a buddy in class right now and he said that Mesa is getting 40 more CRJ's for the AA side of the operation. Obviously no proof however that would explain why I was able to move to the December 18 class date so easily due to "staffing increasing hiring numbers".
