What's year one and two pay for the 175?

Considering that regionals can't fill classes right now, the last thing UAL wants to see is cancellations for "no crew" at UAX. That is what happened with XJT that played a part in them losing all those 145's. I think we are going to start seeing more and more flying return to mainline, after all that is where the applicants are. 50 seaters should be parked no later than 5 years from now, CR7's not too far behind that, IMO.

Without an official announcement of more 175's. I wouldn't be so keen to auto jump on that aircraft. We're reaching a point where you're gonna be stuck junior on it for quite some time.

Maybe in the short run, but I'd be willing to bet there's way fewer lifers on the Ejet as opposed to the CRJ

With a lot of upgrades on the horizon, a lot of which that will come from the right seat of the 175, as those dudes mostly have 1000 121 hours and all came for the quick upgrade so they won't be holding out like a lot of Phx and other senior CRJ FOs will, and the fact that we aren't finished staffing the 175s initial fielding, if you got in in the next few months you will still move quickly up the relative seniority list. Faster than you would on the CRJ.

What's the Houtson crew room like? Was thinking of bidding E175 and living in base on perma-reserve.
