If you really want to waste time to argue over this. when using voice dictation, Do you know when it does not get the word right and you have to back up and retype it. Ya I do suck at spelling, ill be the first to admit that. I sure as aint perfect like everyone else on here. and yes i do have integrity son! Lol Trust me i know i got my faults.

Mile high, you should log out now, and just go read a book and/or a dictionary for a while. You are in a professional job, and should be a professional. My kids are horrible spellers, and they are better at it than you. I would expect someone with your demonstrated lack of English skills to be a ramper at best. If you didn't pay attention in school, which you clearly didn't, how can anyone expect you to pay attention in any flight training, or while on the job? This is why we can't have nice things, and how JO justifies paying us the equivalent of burger flippers. If I was the CEO and saw my employees bantering back and forth displaying the education level equivalent to a 3rd grader, I would pay min wage also.

How long is it taking new hires to go from indoc to IOE these days? Is there a big lag due to a shortage of check-airmen, like some other airlines?

There was a feb guy doing an obs ride in my plane the other day. Starts IOE this week. So 2 months roughly.

2.5-3 months the last few classes have been averaging. Lack of sims and ioe capitains. They are operating at max capacity right now.
