This is SPAM. Classes aren't even filled for February yet and EJET classes will be running next summer. Someone has taken the generic offer letter, edited it and had some fun.

No type rating here, and merely a completed ATP written, no 121 experience. Prior military with FMS/glass experience.

I, too, have filled out Airline Apps, and the Mesa addendum.
I've sent my stuff back to the email specified.
I'll letcha y'all know if I've been spoofed or if this is for real.....

A spoofed email from airline apps? That's the address that the sender is using: [email protected]

Considering Mesa uses airline apps for their recruitment, it doesn't really surprise me that they're using an airline apps e-mail address. They probably use it to receive all their e-mails and filter them accordingly.

Yeah, I stand corrected. I skimmed the email without reading the whole thing. Seems like an offer for the next step of the process. I guess this would be backfill to the CRJ for the current CRJ FOs upgrading.

The longer time frame might actually appeal to those with long term commitments like military, expats working overseas, etc. Perhaps without realizing it they are making themselves accessible to a larger pool of pilots. I don't know exactly what their strategy is but it seems like a novel approach.

6 months out -- wow. That's quite a while if you're on a job search. A lot can happen in six months.

This is why I hate AirlineApps. Of course, I want to keep my profile to apply to CAL and DAL. But there's no way to unapply to these airlines I applied to years ago before my first regional job.

If they are using airlineapps to target, is it really unsolicited?
If there are no offers then pilots complain.
If there are offers then pilots complain.
