Continue your recruiting but I suggest you do it by not putting down our pilot group.

Far from complicit! Ya right. As a mesa piot who has worked for other airlines this is the pilot group that should be official spokes people for serta mattresses. Screw the sheep character put mesa pilots as the spokes people. six years and not one picketline come on now. Six years and we vote Andy Huges back in to power come on. Give me one instance that supports your claim

The pilot group didn't vote in AH, the other members of the MEC and LEC did. I admit that the top 300-400 are the somewhat complicit individuals who have just given up. But, the younger (in seniority) are vocal and aren't so jaded as you. And the younger pilot group, a big part of the 86% who voted no to the last crap TA. We haven't been here for 6 years or longer and bent over to take it from JO the last time in 2010. So you can stop with your assessments and misguided generalizations of this not so senior pilot group. Most of the participants in this call were from this group.
It's about time WE the entire pilot group become unified and fight for what we deserve and not whats handed out and accepted by our current leadership.

Thanks for the advice Captain Obvious, I'm working on getting out. In the mean time, however, I'm trying to stay informed on our negotiations.

Correct. He made it clear there would be no improvements at Mesa.

A lot of us are in the same boat. I was the junior CA who called in and asked about a timeline for the next TA and what improvements we could expect, if any, for those of us trying to make a career decision. I figured I would get a vague answer but I wanted to hear it directly from them, and I heard what I needed to hear.

The reality is there is no plan or timeline for making improvements, and most likely there never will be. This place is a runaway train with nobody at the wheel, and it's quite glaringly obvious at this point. As indicated in yesterday's call, AH is a condescending prick with no leadership skills whatsoever.
