I'm a little underwhelmed, this showing needed to be a lot stronger. It's easy to ***** and moan, but heaven forbid somebody show up on a day off.

You can forget about the PHX crowd doing anything. Most of them probably weren't even aware that it was going on, plus they are so beat down from working here over the decades that they don't see the point anymore.

They're all company sympathizers worried about only their days off and their high seniority. The voting power is still with the less than 3 years DOH. That's about 600 pilots. Not sure how many were actually working but the participation should have been greater. Especially on the FO side. They stand to gain the most out of it.
