If you want either the 900 or 175 it shouldn't be an issue unless they change it tomorrow but currently it's your choice. Phx is the senior base which you might have to spend some time in DFW if you want PHX on the 900. If you want the 175 Houston is all yours, you should be able to hold IAD pretty quick as well. Like anything else do your research. Today's low end carrier is easily tomorrow's bright star. Good luck in whatever you decide.
