It was serious enough matrix that we are going to have two spares.

We haven’t seen the terms of the new CPA with United yet. Who knows?

It is apparent from the Forbes article that United’s pilot union is holding firm that all Ejets come back in-house. And, in-house to their union means United pilots flying the Ejets. United’s expansion of regional flying is going to be done with 145’s and 200’s.

The proceeds were used to pay down existing debt at LIBOR +7.25% plus yield enhancement of 1.5%. We also signed a term sheet (subject to final approvals and documentation) with GECAS for the purchase of ten (10) leased CRJ-700 aircraft currently operating at United. Upon completion of the transaction we have reduced the number of leased aircraft with third parties to 18.”
To the point made by others on a different forum, we only know that 10 700’s will be placed with a partner - either a new placement with American or stay with United. But, we know based on our management’s cheapness that Mesa isn’t buying them to put them in the desert. Tomorrow’s investor call will be telling.

It's on there website. Listen to it.. honestly i feel there positioned well now. (And I don’t work for Mesa) but as a industry “analyst” guy. They have a better platform of a operation now... if i was choosing between Mesa/GoJet XJT. I probably would go to Mesa.. only concerning thing is ther are stacking piots in anticipation of wining more flying. Or getting more block hours. They seem to think they lost out 18 months ago because they had a pilot shortage crisis...

On your “EJETS” question. They seem to want to purchase aircraft in the future. Rather then flying “partner owned”.

Re stacking pilots.

We are still woefully understaffed. I know people like it because our reserves fly and don’t sit reserve that long but even reserves would benefit from better QOL if we had more staffing.

As far as anticipation of more flying the forecast for block hours to be flown next quarter is WAY DOWN in the SEC filings.

I listened to the conference call but just tapping the expertise on here and doing due diligence. Nothing in there that would make someone that’s been around tell a new hire that a storm is coming, ejets going away, American dropping Mesa etc? Asking before I decline other offer and burn that bridge

Nothing in the call points to American or United parting ways with Mesa. In fact, they claim to be overstaffed on pilots for growth of fleet.

The United fleet website now shows GoJet’s 700’s becoming CRJ550’s. I expect the same will happen to ours.

So what? This is one person’s take on an quote in an investor call, with no interviews of the parties directly.
