You are a perfect Mesa candidate. Enjoy your time there. It'll be the best thing that's happened to you.

Yes they also have a side interest for you to not come to Mesa, but 90% of it is that they want to help you.

probably the first part of this statement is true, the other part not so much.
I definitely see a lot of disgruntled people that enter Mesa knowing their salary was going to be 22.18. Now, so suddenly, Mesa is awful. The funny thing is they still working at Mesa and bad mouthing their employer.

My question would be ? How many failures or God knows what else, these people have on their records that no other regional's will take them ? ...so they have to stay at Mesa and venting though this forum.

Rest assured that almost everyone at Mesa is working on their exit plan. The writing is on the wall. JO has flat out said that he will not make improvements and this does not leave Mesa in a good position.

Mesa pilots that are ALREADY here, made the decision to come when other regionals were not paying DOUBLE. They would NOT make that same decision to come to Mesa now.

Take the advice, or don't.

Don't come to Mesa. They are telling you you'll get bonuses then not giving them to people when they show. Scam

What he said. I live in base and we were within a few bucks of almost everyone else - I certainly wouldn't make the same decision now. I, along with most others I speak to, am actively working on getting out.
