I sense something bad for this place. JRAs everywhere. Multiple cancelled flights today for no crew. Yea....

With the whole hurricane thing, this weekend isn't the best indicator of staffing.

Most of the cancelations were jax and chs. I don't think staffing, or lack thereof, was the cause for those cxls. Something tells me Matthew had a lot more to do with it.

Just another typical day for Mesa. 15 resignations (if it's true) isn't all that much unless those 15 are fos hired within the past year.

4 are FOs hired within the last year. 8 FOs total and 7 CAs.

Never understood why Mesa will pay tens of thousands of dollars to train 2-3 different people instead of just raising wages to retain people.

On the E-jet side, Mesa is using and prefering to use First Officers as instructors in the sim to save costs. They pay them the same fo pay. The Ejet is really a different airline, different culture, apparently filled with people who would pay money to fly the SNJ.
At some point, one must realize that this place is Mickey Mouse. Your best bet is to move on.
