An industry leading contract will never be had here and currently isn't even being sought after by our union. They have repeatedly stated that they are striving for industry average as the end goal.

Good luck on your search but unless you have more than 2 DUIs and/or killed a guy with a trident, then your search is best suited elsewhere.

Very patient, and extra sim sessions! The bonus and free iPad have really helped out a lot too. When my class went to the corporate luncheon, we all had a chance to meet management. They seemed like they were great people who truly care about their employees and the future of the company. They also told us upgrade is right around 2 years (hopefully less) so we're getting in at a perfect time! I was hesitant becoming an airline pilot at an older age, but it's working out well. I finally acquired my 1500 hours After 13 years flying GA here and there while owning an insurance company and finally decided to make a leap of faith and make my dreams come true.
