Major airlines like Skywest have a lot more money in the bank to give than regionals like Mesa. Im grateful for anything

The trolls have come out in full force. I've heard it's difficult over at recruiting these days. The guys have more time to come on here with new accounts/screen names and talk about how great it is. What a joke!

Just because someone doesn't see eye to eye with you doesn't mean they're a "troll". At the end of the day we fly planes and are able to feed our families. You're negativity is responsible for the image of this company. Mesa has been great to me so far and I'll always be thankful for the opportunity I was given.

You're a recruiter posing as a potential recruit or new hire. How can you in good conscience tell a recruit that they'll upgrade in less than a year. That's a LIE. And as far as your new hire bonuses you think I'm jealous of, good luck with those when JO is served with cease and desist papers for violating the RLA.
How many FO's have quit in less than 1 year? I'm sure it's over hundred. They get on property because you've lied to them and when they get their type rating they're gone.
You are wasting their time and Mesa's money. Money this company could use to give the pilots who are on property a better contract and wage.

I really shouldn't even acknowledge you because I think you're a recruiter at Mesa. My outlook of Mesa isn't negativity it's reality! I enjoy flying the line and while working I'm always positive. The FO's who are on property have been lied to by you and others. The airline needs to change now and you recruiters need to stop being selfish and lying to recruits. You took the job as a recruiter for your own selfish reasons and agenda. By lying to these people you are ruining their lives. Lying to them about fast upgrade and your new bonus structure is your only tool. The hourly pay is still 22.18 per hour

In good faith I can say that new hires are not being lied to. Big things are on the horizon including more planes, bases, and a possible partnership with a flow to a long haul international low cost carrier.

"On the horizon"???? Yeah, and eventually Mesa FO's will be paid $100 per hour. Might have to wait until the year 2050 cuz that's on the horizon too.
I deal in FACTS and reality of the moment. Last conference call was like the rest of them. Mgmt talking in circles with no real answers or hard evidence of these things you speak of. So, stop lying.

You're absolutely right. I do make 22.18/hr first year, but with my bonus I can assure you I will be making much more. With the high attrition rate, current upgrade time is around 2 years. I'll be making $65/hr. Plus, I'll be able to do some recruitment and receive bonus money on top of that. In my 3rd year I'll be breaking even with most major pilots I know. Numbers don't lie, it's all in the math.
