It's in the Article under "Community Service and ALPA volunteerism," middle of page 23.

If this is true, could his input have prejudiced the accident report results ? I suspect the major news organizations will pick up this story in the next few days and "run with it."
Wow, good point. I'm sure there's a lawyer or two who'd be interested in this whole thing.

Immediate Solution:

1. Termination
2. Certificate Revocation
3. Incarceration
4. Public Execution

Seriously...what I CAN'T WAIT for is NEXT month's ALPA magazine...I think the "note from the editor" is going to be hilarious!
Sorry Albie, but if you were drumming for Foreigner, there's no way I'm believing any porn you did was hetero....

The last line of the article sums up the whole thing...

"He is what ALPA stands for. Tim is ALPA."

Perfect! That should be a new ALPA sticker

5) And a FDNY forum (I have not seen this one to verify it. Just heard about it)
I looked, but couldn't find anything public on any major forums linked to firehouses in NY, or major forums. I'm actually quite surprised this hasn't hit their forums yet.

You forgot to add CFII.. however, according to a quick airman database search he was never even an instructor at all.

On a related note, it looks like the flashlight in question is part of the embraer safety equipment compliment... not to be used except in an emergency; at my company at least.
