I wouldn't add a conversion factor at all. Unless you kept a civilian logbook of your military flight time, or diligently copied all of your military flights into a civilian logbook and passed it off as original, don't change your actual logged time unless specifically requested or authorized by the company to which you are applying. For example, any company that accepts applications through airlineapps.com does not even allow a military conversion for ANY helicopter time.
From my experiences thus far post active duty, the experience you gained from helicopters is very valuable to recruiters, but it's addition to your total time is much less so.
