I've heard some gripes regarding the new healthcare provider. Some pilots have reported a struggle and disagreement with things that were previously covered without question (hospital admission, etc.)?
What's going on? NetJets was always known for industry leading healthcare.

I also had a shoulder repair on the left shoulder a number of years ago...total was the $150 surgical copay. This next one I just had has cost me over $400 so far. Yes I am working with the union and Health Advocate/Quantum on these.

Health insurance
In December, my wife had a procedure in the hospital that cost just over $20,000.
The insurance agreed upon allowance (hospital is in network) was $8,900.
We paid a $100 copay.

Not true. I have never been left on the hook for things before with the old providers. Under this new provider I had an ER visit with a subsequent 4 day admission...and it cost me a LOT of money. Same hospital as I used before for our babies, my wife's heart problems and my appendectomy and black widow spider bite. The new provider is not as good.
