EJM is a separate company that manages airplanes. They have the same owner as NetJets and do a lot of the subcontracting for NetJets when NetJets cannot cover all the flights required. Each managed airplane has the crew selected by the owner and paid by the owner. This pilots fly that owners airplane and not NetJets airplanes. Each pilot's situation and employment contract, or lack of, is different.

The pilots from EJM are completely separate from our pilot group. EJM provides supplemental lift for our owners when we can’t cover all of the flights. From what I understand, they have the same health and 401k benefits as our contract.
EJM is a management company that manages owned aircraft. No pilot union at EJM. EJM pilots still have to go through the entire hiring process to be a NetJets pilot like anyone else. They also do not receive any credit for time at EJM. They start at the bottom of the seniority list as a new hire. They have to go through an entire initial, even if they were flying the same plane at EJM they’d be flying at a NetJets.
NJA is a completely different model and it’s own entity.
