Why don’t we put cameras on you? We can watch your every move.

You can star in your own Truman Show voyeur special.

It’ll be fun.

That's called Only Fans. Some people make good money. Pretty sure I'd go broke.:D

HA!

Yep.

Cameras have no place in professional cockpits.

Not some BS simulator ride where the gouge gets out and you're the only plane in the sky etc. Something that is done by mental health professionals. Flame away, but biology is biology. Some hold on better than others and this a way to prove it. You have it or you lost it. Some by age 45 are checked out, and I have seen guys in their 70s holding on well.

First the entire 135 world needs to have a retirement age. 135 and 121 fly in the same environment, same rules, same violations, and same weather.

Problem with pilots who are having issues is follow pilots won't speak up and report to the correct people to handle or deal with the shortcomings. If the problem pilot passes a sim eval, FAA medical and a route check then where or how to we identify an issue? Line pilots who fly daily with a pilot who can't do their job.

If one goes out for any surgery when you return you have to be 100% ready to work. No restricted duty and that should apply to a pilot flying. If they can't load or unload bags then make a call. I think many pilots are tired of hearing "he is a really good guy, so I don't want to turn him in..." This lack of action must stop.

True, but can't be used to release a bad pilot. That's good and bad in itself. When FOQA reports a hotdog pilot flying a plane like an F-15 at takeoff then he can't be released.
It's a great tool to show how mistakes happen, but can't be used to fire the hotdog.
FOQA doesn't capture the guy who refuses to use a checklist or follow other aspects of a AOM or FOM. Only the pilot stuck with knucklehead can correct this action by calling and saying right then why they won't fly. By going all week then he's part of the problem too.

I know the FEDEX feeders (C208B) have cameras installed in the cockpits.

Hiring process

So I made it all the way to the expo diddnt get hired felt like it went pretty well. I know there’s a number of reasons why maybe I bombed the in person interview. I have 4 years of 91 corporate experience been with Skywest for a month atp certified. They are want me to reapply in a year however I’ll probably just do it in 6 months any advice

Sounds like you have it all figured out. And posting the same thing in multiple threads doesn’t help your case at all…

How do you think it will look If they ask you to reapply in a year and you do it in 6 months? Some pilots tend to have the "I know better than management" attitude. This move wouldn't help your case in that regard.
