Even the GLC pilots get to enjoy the wonders of five leg days, body clock flips, no-show crew food, borderline homeless shelter hotels, punitive scheduling, and middle seat airlines. As a bonus, they get noisy day sleeps before red-eye ocean crossings, clown car loads of bags, and 2 hour clean-ups after 12 passengers trash the cabin. And all this for about 60% of what their flight school buddy from 30 years ago makes at Delta walking onto the airplane and turning left. So yeah, even GLC pilots are ****ed.

You have to have three screws loose to come to Nutjets right now.
Yet here we are.

There are other Fractionals that hire retired airline pilots. Plane Sense is one of them.

Default Netjets Aircraft - Fitting in the Phenom

I “wished” for a particular plane and was assigned that fleet. Your mileage may vary!
Thank you to the magenta child for answering the original question. Would anyone know what the size limit would be to fit into the phenom. I think leg length may be the issue but I am not sure. Thank you again.

Except, I’m flying 135 for a So. FL operator with all the historic “caveats”. Yeah, people tried to warn me. I have done the rich guy 91 gig. It’s much better than 135…🤣

The original question was answered in post 2.

Phenom fit mostly based on leg length. We do have six foot tall pilots in fleet, higher than that and the odds are pretty good of fitting out. But not guaranteed.

Every now and then the stars align and you get an awesome trip to some far away magical place AND you have time to see it. That is unless that A teamer is on vacation so he can’t steal it from you, but he’s already probably extending on his vacation anyway…I digress. Yea the long range sucks hard. If you are domestic, it’s just like a Phenom with an APU and a flight attendant. 12-13 hours every day. Oh yea, we need you to recover to Luton to give up your plane because someone broke. Then ferry back after 12-14 and get right back into the fight. Now we get to look forward to all new Flight Attendants who got junior manned and a whole bunch of new FO’s in the same boat not to mention all the new Captains that have never been to Europe or used CPDLC. It’s going to be a sh#t show for the next 6 months. Even super senior peeps are hitting pickets and fatiguing. Its awesome. The moral of the road is the worst I’ve seen in my 24 years. It’s only going to get worse.

It comes down to the length of your femur. If your knees touch the console under the yoke with the seat all the way back and down, you can fit out. Being tall with a long torso and regular length legs would not fit out.
