I just got a call for a phone interview for tomorrow. Does anyone have any info on what to expect on the phone interview?

No problem. I should have listed it. I have 8900TT 5000TPIC and I did have one letter of internal rec. I am only typed in on AC. Hope this helps.

 

The new hiring process since I went through back in 2008 has apparently changed. There was no phone interview. However, there was an HR interview, a technical interview and a sim ride... Good luck!

Out of curiosity, when did you get your application submitted? This past week, or did you get yours in in 12/4 when it opened up for a few hours?

 

Just remember NJA is big on safety and service (safety above all else).

My phone interview 8 years ago consisted of HR and tell about a time questions. Once I completed the phone interview and got offered an interview in Columbus; there was a written test, HR interview, Technical interview, and Sim ride. (The process could be different now)

All my flight time prior to NetJets was 121 flying (Regional Captain). They interview all types of pilots.
