Evidently Northern Pacific will be operating on Ravn’s certificate. Your CEO seems to think he will hire a guy into a caravan and then upgrade him all the way to a 75 eventually. Potentially good news for you guys.
Ravn Connect (Hageland) is no more… no more Caravans, Sleds, Navajos or 1900s.

If you read the article you can see that he is referring to the Caravans at FLOAT. Here's the relevant part;
Eventually, McKinney says he hopes to vertically integrate the pilot pipeline between Ravn, Northern Pacific and FLOAT Shuttle, another one of his aviation ventures.

“So you’ll have from the right seat of a [Cessna] Caravan to the left seat of a Boeing going international, a one-stop shop for your whole career and we’ll be kind of our, our own pilot mill.”

Default Info on RAVN

For those in the know, I have a few questions about the most recent iteration of Ravn.

I noticed that the requirements page dropped the "vaccine" requirement, can anybody confirm it's no longer required for new hires?

Also, is the Dash 8 (I think that's all they're flying at the moment) first year Captain pay $125 an hour as I believe it's listed on this website, or is it a salary? If it's hourly, is it wheels up to wheels down time that only counts or chocks to chocks?

Do family members get free passage on Ravn flights space available?

Does anybody have a copy of the company policies? Saw it mentioned on the hiring page but not linked. I imagine it has grooming standards and such, would be nice to take a gander at it.

Are they offering any new hire signing bonuses?

Lastly, what's the feeling about the mid to long term prospects of the company?

The company's profile says they are hiring. Is this a viable option to look at still or should I look elsewhere? Where is the best place to build time in Anchorage area? I'm not quite ready for Alaska mins but I am sitting at around 1000 TT and most of it is P8A (737) time. I have on the low end of PIC (around 200). Thoughts on where to look? Wife is getting a job in Anchorage and I'm looking to not sit at home. lol. Thanks.

I'd avoid them.

Ace might be your best bet to start building hours right away.
