I am not sure what AOL account you are refering to. We all have @gosilver.com emails. I would just fax and submit your resume online followed with a friendly phone call. If you meet the min's you should get a phone call very quickly for an interview. FYI they are running all Saab classes now, from what I understand the staffing bid filled the Beech 1900 so everyone will be going into the Saab till further notice. I know they are running one Saab class now (started yesterday) and another starts Monday.

Seems they changed their hiring page to some automated thing now I don't know if Stuart is still doing it

From what I have been told, Stuart hasn't been a part of Silver for almost 2 months now.

The first time I spoke with Stuart on the phone I was pretty sure someone had hacked the Silver website and was scamming identity info. It wasn't until he answered several questions about the company that I was comfortable leaving my contact info with him. During my interview mid-May the staff acted as if Stuart's departure from Silver Airways recruiting was a step in the right direction. The woman scheduling interviews now is quite courteous, even though she told me I'd be flying a "Kingfisher" simulator during my interview. PM me if you still require contact info.

Stuart was all right. The problem with Silver Airways is the current Chief Pilot. He constantly looks and smells like he just dropped a load in his pants. :D:D:D

They should probably have their instructors show up in MSP every now and then. Wonder if someone will be there for them tomorrow.

The instructor problem isn't silvers fault... Pan am is currently looking to hire ground instructors and sim instructors ... Pam am is way under staffed to handle all that silver is giving them... Growing pains .......

The "trouble" with scheduling and instructors in MSP has NOTHING to do with Silver Airways. They have contracted to Pan Am for the training and Pan Am can not handle the load, nor with they allow 3M instructors to come teach. They finally allowed one instructor from 3M to come up and teach while they look for more help. 3M has been in constant contact with them pushing Pan Am to get done but there is just nothing that can really be done at the moment. I am sure change is ensueing however because I know management at 3M is not happy to say the least.

There's nothing really wrong with silver or Pan Am, the big problem is the fact that the instructors are on reserve with other airlines/corporate.

Pan Am definitely needs more full time instructors in order to handle the load we're putting on them up there.

MB went up last week so there's at least that!
