But if you're not delayed apparently you still have to fill them out...which in many cases could cause delay. Filling out a delay form, even though not delayed, thus causing a delay. Plot for Inception 2? A delay within a delay within another delay. Mind=blown.

So anyone know anything about these Houston rumors? One person told me it was a done deal. Another said they were still working on it, but everyone seems to agree that something is in the works. What does the interwebs know about this?
