hey folks. any ideas on where new hires tend to end up these days?

If someone is close to ATP minimums is upgrade in a year's time possible?

Lastly, how many days off a month would be a reasonable estimate?

Prolly training back ups in the Saab. Still another wave of transition guys to go as well. Atl flying expands oct 1st I know msp is pretty saturated and Ioe is too.

What's the current situation with IAD as a base? Given the cost of living, I imagine it's undesirable. I ran into a 3M crew at IAD the other evening who were SHD based. The FO wondered how any FO could afford to live near IAD.
