So friends...what's new?

I, for one, lost 5 pounds.

I had a decent reserve month with a total of about 10 hours of flying this month. That's a little exciting considering I had a month or so where I didn't fly anything. ATP written is done so I upgrade when the next staffing bid is out.

Oh, I spent Christmas on reserve in Meridian eating Corn Pops cereal, a chocolate rice crispies treat and washed it down with a strawberry soda because nothing was open and the gas stations were out of cheeseburgers. Livin' the dream....

I got pizza and watched the B-ball games. Apparently they cancel flights when tornado warnings are issued. Who'd a thought...

What are Silvers FO hiring mins these days. I know they are on a hiatus at the moment.

I would imagine its gotta be ATP mins,they are already trying to deal with the few guys who won't make the cut by then....

What are upgrade times (give or take...?) Any growth coming to Silver in the near future?

AWAC doesn't have kcm. Company will pay for it, union doesn't like the terms.

Yeah it's ATP mins, some guys will not make the cut, and I think one guy will not be 23 in August.

There is growth, but we are trying to take care of the guys we are overstaffed with so we can all fly, then plan to have about 500 pilots on property by May. Pick a city, and there's probably rumors that we are starting service there, but SJU seems probable. I hear rumors that come August, 3000TT is for upgrade, so maybe 1-2 years. I'm just waiting for a staffing bid as there are a lot of Captains that are junior to me and others.
