Id say it's cheaper to do it in the Sim then a Seminole as far as the leaving from an upgrade I've had some major life changes that would facilitate a move to another airline. |

Those places operate under the current law, also if you are upgrading at TSA or GoJet in a fast time means you have the company mins (goJet is something like 4.5K) and you likely are coming from another carrier. Most CFI don't have the company mins to upgrade if their seniority allowed them to.

You didn't answer my question. I'm aware of various company upgrade requirements. I'm also aware that all 121 carriers operate under current laws. And the New ATP law along with everything relating to it(such as requirements for captains) does not come into law until August.
