Whoa broheim, calm yo bed!

Who said anything about preventing an FO from picking up open time or taking a junior assignment?

What happens when all available FOs are 30/7? They can the flight. I don't think CAs fly right seat to pick up open time above other FOs at other airlines (at least not my old airline), they do it when schist hits the fan...like we're gonna see here in 2-3 months.

Trust me, I'm a satisfied chocolate bear.

I'm glad we see eye to eye on this, however, CS has been known to DH a RSV pilot out of his/her base to fly an open trip in another base while having RSV's sitting on their behinds in that base. It happens all the time. I'm pretty sure, if push comes to shove CS will just fill that seat without regard, be it an FO or CA.

And denying everything during line improvement...
Frustrating...

Don't think they can anymore. Part of the IOSA thingy was that CAs could no longer fly trips from the right seat unless they were check airmen.

I didn't even do a landing from the right seat during my last 441 ride.

Not even close.

Well, I suppose Silver is one up on Great Mistakes. But other than that, yeah very close! I've worked for several regional airlines in my illustrious career and Sliver of Hope is by far, hands down, the worst one I've ever worked for.

Even worse than Trans states?
