Hey buddy, where you thinking about going to? On a side note I heard from a union guy yesterday when I dropped him off in FLL that he was there to talk about retention. One of the biggest things is of course pay and they know that.

In the battle between Silver Airways Regional Airline of the Year napkins and pilot compensation I think the napkins will always win. I'm curious to hear how much the FA's will get now. I'm hoping it doesn't equal or exceed FO pay!
