I was thinking the same thing, what ever happened to those kids who loved the airline and said this was no Gulfstream. How things were different, things were special in the air. When Cruz use to brag about the BBQ and other things and now... well sadly welcome to the rest of the regionals, SKW will be next.

You sure it was "two guys"?

You don't know the half of it. Not gonna get in to it on APC but to put it lightly his reputation precedes him long prior to 3M. One guess who made that epic hiring choice...

Oh, I know all about it. Flew with several CAs from his class. When the news broke, they all knew who the culprit was right away. Score one for string-pulling.

I remember you and I flying together that day. We ran into the crew on the way to the gate. Awkward...

I'm still here and I enjoy the job but the luster of flying an airplane for compensation has worn off. That feeling would have happened after 6 months at any airline not just here. What keeps me going? The crews in my base and my first base here at Silver. This place has something that not a lot of other places has. The small outstation basing keeps you close to your fellow crewmembers and because of that I've been able to meet people who have made a huge impact on my life. There is good good people here and they've been able to help me through some huge obstacles in life. To me that was worth the humungous paycut I took to come here and the massive drop in QOL. You guys know who you are and thanks for being there for me every step of the way...

Haha, that was a long time ago!! Flying is one of, if not the greatest way to make a living. I hate the fact that I love flying. I think what really bothers me here is the complete lack of support from any department in this company. The pay is pathetically low, airplanes are shabby (1900s), maintenance is poor, little to no communication with ....... anyone, dispatchers who don't know where their planes are, MU values always at 25 (ironically just what's needed to land!), Proficiency checks at 3am, ..... I could continue. But the crews are awesome and the agents are great. If it weren't for these folks, this airline would grind to a halt. These are just some of the things that curb the enthusiasm
