You do realize that outside of this country, you do not always set it at 180, right?

I'm aware. I'll keep that in mind once we start service to Cancun. Supposed to happen as soon as we get bigger planes, FMS, and iPads...

Proves the post earlier written, total time does not add up to the sole reason a guy should upgrade . I have flown with guys that had thousands that should not upgrade anytime soon , and then again I have flown with guys that have maybe 1000 hours that were awesome aviators and great thinkers .....

It's not just a staffing bid and 1500 hours for some folks .....

That dude washed out of Penair Training... with thousands of hours in type. Rumor was they were "grooming" him to be the new Knappster:rolleyes:

Flew with the FA from that flight a few weeks ago. Apparently, the guy's reaction on realizing what had happened was "we'll, there goes my job in the training department..." No joke. Still tried to be CA Macho after a screwup like that. He's probably driving forklifts now.

You don't know the half of it. Not gonna get in to it on APC but to put it lightly his reputation precedes him long prior to 3M. One guess who made that epic hiring choice...

Bro... bro... He's being facetious ;) The point he's trying to make is that there were two guys in the cockpit that night.
