Have any FO's flown the private company airplane yet to build time? I heard they'll use it to DH crew members in lieu of renting cars while simultaneously having people build time towards the ATP. It's just smart, really.

Not sure when we had to rent cars en masse to be honest.
I wonder what the insurance people think about the "C172 DH" thing.
Don't get me wrong...if everything checks out I see no reason that it shouldn't be an "option*."
