I never had an issue with TSA but non rev/JS was almost always a fun encounter. I especially love when you check in with the flight crew almost always it go something like this Silver never heard of em..... You know the pink Saabs running around in ATL that almost always worked.

This pilot referral stuff is really good! Wow not only are we supposed to refer a pilots to this POS place but they have to stay 6 months to be eligible. Then within 45 days of the referred pilots 6 months employment will the money be paid. It's our job to refer a pilot but isn't it the airlines job to retain such pilot? So why not pay after the successful completion of training? Silver Airways ATW 2013 Regional Airline of the Year!
