Is PSA offering any sign on bonus?

Signing bonus's, although attractive if you are poor, are very short sited.

Think long term what's best for you, it's hard to see right now but you may be stuck at a regional airline for the rest of your career.

I wish! But I certainly don't have a problem with you contacting a current PSA employee so they can get the $500. LOL

The only thing that's gonna rise is Silver's cancellation rate!

Yeah, no thanks.

I know how you got awarded those airframes.

Besides, I'm done with the regional rat race. Tired of all the spineless undercutting.

Um you realize you work for gulf stream right? Where your captains make what our fos make.

Spirit, Safety & Pride - Gulfstream International Airlines -Florida-Bahamas-Cleveland - YouTube

But your airline doesn't have the Spirit, Safety, and/or Pride that Gulfstream does. You've been served!

Oh, the old my regional is better than yours argument.

Again. Done the regional thing. Prop and jet. Big and small. Doesn't matter the name on the operating certificate, they are all the same.

Maybe when it all settled out, some of you will realize pay scales aren't everything.

So what's the problem with PSA then?

Lack of a spine.

I don't recall directing a question at you, sir.

Lol it's funny to see PSA try pulling pilots from silver in a desperation move. Why would any one want to go to a spineless airline that votes in concessions for airplanes? Take my hard earned money so your CEO can can profit and use it to light his Cuban cigar. Screw PSA... And every airline out there trying to screw us.
