MM and her messed up pairings and lines are the problem. Scheduling is having a hard time assigning 4 day trips without splitting them in two, what a joke! Maybe we should negotiate MMs departure in the LOA. That'll get a few Yes votes

Unfortunately, the union gave the company the most advantageous (from a company standpoint) language anybody could have given out. One single line for reserve rules (in effect) that lets them do whatever, whenever they want because the loopholes are so freaking big in this LOA, it's a joke! I agree, MM is part of the problem. Let's face it, bid packs are delayed again for 2 days. Unacceptable. |

If they really wanted to keep current pilots, attract new pilots, and make the reserve system super effective, then they need to keep the current rules in place (all of them) and create additional rules for Long call, short call, and unfortunately, airport standby reserve. |
