What domiciles did people in the Feb. 3 class get?

I think language (good language with few loopholes) for Long Call Reserve is the only way to fix the mess of this 18 day block of reserve days.

You'd still get called day one and sent around the system so you're available.

MM and her messed up pairings and lines are the problem. Scheduling is having a hard time assigning 4 day trips without splitting them in two, what a joke! Maybe we should negotiate MMs departure in the LOA. That'll get a few Yes votes

Unfortunately, the union gave the company the most advantageous (from a company standpoint) language anybody could have given out. One single line for reserve rules (in effect) that lets them do whatever, whenever they want because the loopholes are so freaking big in this LOA, it's a joke!

I agree, MM is part of the problem. Let's face it, bid packs are delayed again for 2 days. Unacceptable.

Not if your LCR language was even remotely solid. They would have to be very, very proactive to keep you out for 18 days and you would at least have some notice of what you are doing rather than the typical "OMG, how soon can you be at the airport?!?".

If they really wanted to keep current pilots, attract new pilots, and make the reserve system super effective, then they need to keep the current rules in place (all of them) and create additional rules for Long call, short call, and unfortunately, airport standby reserve.

MM is a major problem. Believe me, we can do much but omg much better without her. We need a real crew planner, not a make believe I know my **** planner.
