"Washing out" is not quitting. If they are lucky, the company will give them the opportunity to turn in their resignation or they will be fired.

Nobody quit and guys I think it's ESL which is why you cant understand him well. The two that washed had between 600-1k plus of hours. Hours isn't everything if you can't fly instruments.

Especially when you mentioned that one washed out after the oral. That is just poor study and preparation by that person.
