Looking into Silver Airways

Can anyone give me a general idea of this airline?

I'm moving to the Orlando area early next year. Just wanted a general consensuses and feel for what kind of place Silver is like. I.E......

1. Culture
2. Work environment
3. Training
4. Crews
5. Quality of life
6. Quality of equipment
7. Interview gouge
8. Short term, long term stability
9. Et cetera

Wondering about the same things. How are people moving along? Any chance to get to JetBlue from Silver? Or anything better than regionals or corporate (not interested in corporates or 135 really).

Is pay really still that terrible? Was it 36/hr? How many days do you usually work? 4 on 3 off?

Test

Does anyone have any advice on what to study to help prepare for the test you must complete before the interview?

A few ATP questions and some what would you do scenarios. Basic stuff and not that hard.

When is the actual fleet transition going to start?

Probably shortly after the government opens back up and the FAA returns they will start to do table tops and proving runs.
