In fairness, a non-insignificant portion of folks within certain Hispanic and Middle Easterner ethnicities are phenotypically white skinned (ask me how I know), so one can't assume all light-skinned within a far-shot picture are Anglos.
Anglos may have 99 problems in life, but being demographically underrepresented in multi-million dollar lifetime earning transportation grey collar work, is just not one of them.
You should see all my squadrons' historical commander picture halls. Makes that class picture look like a 1990s Benetton poster by comparison
