Ask Cruz. According to a post in the '19 Seat Turboprop' thread he just failed IOE and doesn't work there anymore.

I just want to be sure if I fail the checkride or for any reason don't complete the training, I don't get stock paying a training without even work for them. Or that will apply after done with the checkride or IOE?

Ask for a copy of the contract, I read the GLA contract and can tell you that you don't sign it until you complete training, so if you fail training you are not liable. At GLA you are not an employee until training in completed but at Silver you are once you step foot in the door first day of INDOC, so please, please, please read the contract your self, because you will get different responses from individuals. Don't go by what the company says but what you see in black and white!

Smart ass remarks aside. We signed the contracts before going to the sims, I highly doubt they are going to come after you if you fail the checkride. What they put the contract in place for is guys going through getting some hours and leaving to go somewhere else.
As for contracts I can tell you right now we have a good one. I'm not trying to start the we're better than you argument because that's stupid, but we're far from the worse.
