Default Best P135 Outfits?

Name them, where they're located and what makes them the best.

If you want marginal pay, long hours with no specified rest and like being pressured to fly junk even when its not in the MEL, look no further than 135.
Do yourself a favor and avoid unless you can find a Unicorn.

135 includes a range of different jobs, not just charter. I'm 135 air ambulance and I love it. Set schedule, decent pay, great location, good equipment.

Wow. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, wherever you were. But to make a blanket statement like that is absurd.

I fly for a 135. Search my posts and it won't be hard to figure out which one. The FO pay is marginal, but the captain pay is good. The hours can be long sometimes, but rest is absolutely specified and adhered to strictly. And I've never been pressured to fly junk. Ever.

No doubt there are sorry 135 operations out there, but I guarantee there are good ones as well. Mine isn't perfect, but I for one am happy and not leaving any time soon.

Jetlinx based out of Omaha is not bad. Around 90 planes and 11 bases. Company is growing and pay is actually good, salary. Average about 12 working a month. Expenses paid on the road, you pick the hotels, cell phone reimbursements each month. Decent medical and 401k with company match. Aircraft range from turboprops to large business jets.

The "best 135" outfits is an extremely short list. Most are 134.5 operators.

The same thing can be said about part 121 operators.... The names of Great Lakes, USA Jet, Envoy, and others leave a brown streak on the name of part 121.... The unicorn 121 jobs like Delta are hard to attain.

Mustang Aviation....pay is getting retarded high for the job. Pa-31 freight and king air charters.

I need a freight pilot now. Starting pay is approaching 70k, 5k sign on bonus, 1500 moving allowance, health care 100% covered and 401k match. (For about 2.1 hrs of flying a day)

If you like the Midwest, and actually have the skills to fly IFR in terrible weather, pm me.
