You might want to go to remedial math.
First year captain daily rate of $630/day x 16 days yields $10080 per month which is $120,906 per year. Not what I'd want without other benefits but it's in line with a lot of 135 operators. You have to step up to NetJets, Flex or a gulfstream/other large cabin charter op to do better.

Go check the APC posted rates. As far as douche status goes, I will place you firmly in that position.

Monthly Pay Guarantee for Line Holders: 14 day minimum guarantee
Scheduled pay raises: Annually from DOH at 3%
Now, at 14 days the monthly guarantee goes down to just under 9k a month, but that is still better than what you posted. Might want to check into reading comprehension along with remedial math. I'm sure there is a 12 year old in your neighborhood that could help you after school.

I'm showing on my 12/23 paycheck 140k plus 27k company contribution into the 401k. It's nice that you have pay scales. We are still just on one hourly rate.

That is great. I'm the same here at SWC, but we don't have a lot of premium pay flying. Last year was our first full year of flying, although we were very slow during the summer. Which actually works out great for almost all of us.

What and where is 'SWC'?
