Thanks for the response. Any ballpark idea where it might end up? Are they having trouble getting FW guys yet?
Also, when does the 12 hour shift swap out (what times of day) and how is which 7 days you are on and 7 you are off decided? Seniority?

Shift swap outs are worked out between the base pilots and your area manager. Typical would be 7-7, 8-8, 9-9, etc. I think the initial schedule is fairly random but if you have life events, these are pretty easily worked out. I’m on the schedule to work thanksgiving and Christmas but I’m home every day so I don’t care. What was most important is I’m off on September 23 for Porcupine Tree’s first concert in about a decade. We are still looking for one more PNS guy, I don’t know how many national pilot pool or other base slots are open.
Where will pay end up? Who knows. Hopefully north of 90.

I assumed the time is likely not negotiable since it’s single pilot ops carrying medical crew and patients, but figured I would ask since it would be a perfect opportunity near where I currently live.

Are the published mins for the job non-negotiable? I am local to PNS and have been looking for home based opportunities. I’ve seen this job but I don’t have the published mins. I’m your standard soon to be 1500 hour CFI, though I do have some turbine time from another position I worked.

I agree they should at least match GMR. If you want good, stable talent, you have to pay for it. Hopefully the company and union can come together soon.

I only know what I've heard from my old Manager, and what's posted on their job announcements......new base pay is 82-90k depending on experience, 15k sign on bonus, 40k retention bonus paid out after 3 years starting 1/1/23.
The bases that have hard to fill stipends, which used to be a fixed amount, is now a percentage, that increase is calculated into your hourly pay rate for OT purposes.
