Baker Aviation is actively seeking experienced Captains to join our team flying the Citation X.
✈️ Requirements:
-Prior Captain experience
-Previous Part 135 experience
-Experience on Super Mid-Size Jets

Citation X type rating is NOT required — we’re open to highly qualified candidates who meet the experience criteria above.

Baker just distributed a total &1.8 million total in 401K/profit sharing to all employees into T Rowe Price accounts that required $0 contributions from the employees.

Baker covers all insurance premiums for both pilot and family members…both of these facts mean more money is in your paycheck vs your current employer which probably requires a deduction for insurance and 401K match…more take home money for you.
