I'm very very close to their minimums and very interested in AMF
PM me. I can probably get through.

I'm working on my CPL currently. I was originally planning to CFII but when reading the minimums by AMF for the FO position it seems like I could at least qualify enough to apply once I finish the CPL.

What is the FO salary like? Do I just need the CPL or does AMF require their FO's to have a certain amount of TT?

Thanks

First off, we only have 8 employee FOs in the entire company. Those are for the E120s. Everything else is captain which requires the part 135 mins (1200TT, etc.) So we aren't in a big hiring push for the FO spots.

There is no official minimum TT for the FO position but we are looking for folks who can handle being a single pilot captain when they get to 1200 hours. We also would prefer someone who has that 1200 hours around the time they have completed their one year training contract for the E120. So optimally we would like to see around 800 TT, though we have hired folks with less in the past.

As for the salary, E120 FOs currently start just under $24,000 yr.

Those at AMF who meet the following requirements:

ATP
2000 TT
1500 PIC
500 Multi

PM me if you would be interested in a Lear FO position for an on-demand 135 charter company in the Bay Area. Must be willing to relocated to within 1 hour of OAK.

My 1200 can't come quick enough

I've already decided that i'll be applying as soon as i hit 1200. Anyways, I see that SLC is a very senior base to hold so what about BUR/ONT or PHX? If easy to hold either of those, how soon to upgrade in to a turbine at those bases?

Vegas is home for me so i'm just wondering and also because i'd love to fly a metro sometime...

Thanks in advance

If you are anywhere close to 1200 hours, it's probably worth applying now. PHX, you could hold out of training in a PA-31. There have been some new hire 99 guys go out there recently too. BUR/ONT, no idea.

I'm currently at 1130tt and flying about 30-40 hours a month in a king air. Should I still apply now or too soon??
