Thanks for your response! I would like to get in there but I would have to move and I'm not sure what the starting pay is. I have previous 121 experience and I'm not interested in going back to the airlines currently. Can anyone confirm that the starting pay is right about $30k for FO?

Anyone have details on pay for both FO and CAPT? Per deim? I would qualify for both, except I just would need to get my ATP, (written is done) unless thats something provided to Captains in initial training.
Bases? I know ur home every night, and I personaly love Santa barbara. But by the route map, I doubt that they have a crew base there.

I saw in the Wall Street Journal that Surf Air is getting 15 new planes. Does anyone know when they're going to start looking for new pilots? Also I saw their minimums as 800 tt but is that really competitive with them?

I applied via email, I have north of 3000 TT, 1000 PIC, and 2000 turbine. I also have 1.5 years in the service industry but didn't mention it on my resume.
I have read everything public about the company. I really think what they have going on over there is great, and I would love to be a part of it. Is there a trick to getting noticed over there without being obnoxious and calling them xx number of times?
