Haven't heard about the Embraers. Why would you ever want to take a $60K paycut to fly an ERJ???? What do you find so appealing about them to make that kind of jump? Are you from the LUK area?
Dorkjet looks sorta fun to fly - really nice takeoff capability. But I wouldn't take a $60K paycut in this pilot-shortage market to fly it...

I too am interested in the company, since I see you have home basing. I'm currently at a charter company PIC in a Brasilia. Trying to make the switch to jets...
Do you hire street captains? If so what are the times that you are looking for? What is 1st year capt pay, and how would you rate the quality of life?
Also, what is the value and duration of the contract?
