Dorkjet looks sorta fun to fly - really nice takeoff capability. But I wouldn't take a $60K paycut in this pilot-shortage market to fly it...
Maybe not taking a job would be a 100% pay cut if the previous job is over?

I'm leaving active duty military flying, so the pay cut is going to happen regardless of where I go. At least for the first couple of years. For me, it's more about quality of life while earning a decent wage. They appear to offer home basing, which is appealing to me.

What type of equipment I am flying is relatively low on my priority list.

I too am interested in the company, since I see you have home basing. I'm currently at a charter company PIC in a Brasilia. Trying to make the switch to jets...

Do you hire street captains? If so what are the times that you are looking for? What is 1st year capt pay, and how would you rate the quality of life?
Also, what is the value and duration of the contract?
Thanks!

Updated info? I'm already aware of pay and schedule but how about everything else. How long until upgrade? Do they actually get $60 per diem per day? Any other info appreciated.

Yes, 60 per firm is correct.
Fast upgrade. About a year.

Yes, just bought by One-jet. Carriers to be merged in 2019.
